Eden House a successful and long running mail-order company, offering a loyal customer base a mixture of lingerie and house-hold items. Sales come from a combination of catalogue, mail order, telephone and internet sources.

Brief

To improve customer service, efficiency and enhance sales Eden House chose to replace Navision (part of MS  with Khaos Control

Replace old website with Dijon powered ecommerce system, linking directly to Khaos.

In addition a number of specific requirements were implemented to

Khaos Control Consultancy

Devise migration plan from old system

Train system users in Khaos Control. (sales, accounts, purchasing, warehouse)

Specific functionality

In addition to the standard functionality offered by Dijon, Eden House required modification to enable users to:

Search by Keycode

From the edenhouseonline.co.uk home page, users can enter a Khaos Keycode to both enable any discount and jump to a page showing just those products.

Automate Bundles

In the case of the best selling Magic Bras (http://www.edenhouseonline.co.uk/i/q/PK-XML-PACK/pack-of-2-new-cotton-lace-magic-bras#) users can order a bundle of items from a single page.

To enable the large number of variables in bra cup, band and colour options on Bras a smart selection box was developed that only shows items that are available to buy, whilst enabling users to buy bundles of items with a single click of the buy button

This feature is now a standard Dijon module.
